Hardscape Foreman

Machine
Operator
Who are you? A motivated individual with problem solving abilities. A strong work ethic and a love of the outdoors. What will you do? Machine-specific duties such setting up the equipment, loading and running the machines, and optimizing the machine capability. Manage the machine's maintenance, verify that it operates at maximum output, and conduct timely quality inspections. Self-motivated and open to receiving training to learn how to use new machinery if necessary. Requirements Able to work long hours. Able to lift up to 75-80 lbs. Valid Driver's licence. Experience is an asset.
Gardener
Who are you? A motivated and team-oriented individual with problem solving abilities. A strong work ethic, a love of the outdoors and a passion for plant life. What will you do? Monitor the health of all plants and greenscapes, watering and feeding plants, trimming trees and shrubs, maintaining clean green areas and walkways. F amiliar with how to operate and maintain landscaping tools including mowers, trimmers, and fertilisers while adhering to safety and health standards. Gain experience with the local plant life. Learn of local pests and how to deal with them. Requirements Able to work long hours. Able to lift up to 75-80 lbs. Valid Driver's licence. Experience is an asset.
Landscape Sales
Who are you? A motivated and team-oriented individual with problem solving abilities. A strong work ethic, a love of the outdoors. What will you do? Identify client needs effectively, then offer compelling solutions. Design distinctively appealing, creative, and inspirational landscapes. Prepare construction takeoffs and drawings with accuracy, and estimate client projects. Demonstrate and uphold a high level of expertise with landscape elements, trends, and methodologies. Sell design/build proposals that are successful and reach or exceed sales targets. Increase clientele by establishing relationships and exceeding expectations. Requirements Able to work long hours. Tech savvy and proficient knowledge of online software tools. Valid Driver's licence. Experience is an asset.
